Payment Terms:
Telegraphic Transfer MT103 with terms :
1. 50% advance payment against the sales contract
2. 50% Draff Bill of Landing (BL) Second Terms
1. 50% advance payment against the sales contract
2. 50% LC Irrevocable at sight

Procedure :
1. Seller send the Quotation letter to the Buyer;
2. Buyer Sign, Stamp and return the Quotation Letter;
3. Seller send the draft Sales Purchasing agreements
(SPA);
4. Buyer sign, Stamp and return the Sales Purchasing
Agreements and Purchase Order;
5. Seller send proforma invoice;
6. Buyer Pay 50% advances after sight and return SPA
and issue draff LC irrevocable at sight;
7. Seller return after review Draff Letter of Credit (LC)
8. Buyer Bank verify and confirms, irrevocable LC at
Sight;
9. Seller Bank verify and confirms, irrevocable LC at
Sight;
10. Shipment Will occur approximately 15-30 Days (can be
early) from loading port after, irrevocable LC at Sight
approval.
