This type of green coffee is classified as commercial semi-washed one. It is suitable for blending with robusta. Description: Spice aroma, medium acidity and body, orange and less bitterness, dry finish.
Low grade Semi-Washed coffee from Rulindo region of Rwanda. Afterwards parchment is directly placed under the sun for drying to avoid fermentation, the drying process of semi-washed coffee takes 14 to 25 days to dry. We hand sort our coffee at three instances. On the beds: the ripe and unripe cherries then after the wet mill we separate the good and bad parchment. And lastly after the dry we sort out any damaged green bean. The store is well ventilated and cleaned daily. We place coffee bags on pallets at 15cm above ground and 15 cm from concrete. Lots separated per day, region, and coffee grade.
