Basic Semi-Washed coffee from Sholi region of Rwanda. Afterwards parchment is directly placed under the sun for drying to avoid fermentation, the drying process of semi-washed coffee takes 14 to 25 days to dry. We hand sort our coffee at three instances. On the beds: the ripe and unripe cherries then after the wet mill we separate the good and bad parchment. And lastly after the dry we sort out any damaged green bean. The store is well ventilated and cleaned daily. We place coffee bags on pallets at 15 sm above ground and 15 sm from concrete. Lots separated per day, region, and coffee grade.
